This Privacy Policy explains how Guide Crafted ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our membership store or buy or unlock a guide. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects.
3. Processors we share data with
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing (PCI-compliant; we never see full card numbers)
- Klaviyo — marketing & lifecycle email (only if you opted in)
- Resend — transactional email (login links, receipts, downloads)
- Vercel — website hosting · Neon — database
- Shopify CDN — hosting of guide files and images
4. International transfers
Some providers process data in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure (session/authentication). We do not set advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first.
6. How long we keep your data
- Order & invoice data: as required by Belgian accounting/tax law (generally 7 years).
- Account & marketing data: until you delete your account or unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@guidecrafted.com — we respond within one month. You may also complain to the Belgian Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
