Refund & Right of Withdrawal

We sell digital products (PDF guides) and memberships that give you credits to unlock them. This page explains when a refund is possible and how to cancel.
14-day money-back guarantee
We back your first membership payment with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you haven't unlocked or downloaded any guide, email support@guidecrafted.com within 14 days with your account email and we'll refund it in full. This is a commercial promise on top of your statutory rights below.
Once you've unlocked or downloaded a guide
A PDF guide is digital content you keep permanently, so the purchase is final once you unlock or start the download. At that point it has been delivered in full and is no longer refundable. Likewise, spent credits are non-refundable.
Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you normally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends as soon as you unlock/download a guide, provided that at checkout you (1) expressly consented to immediate access and (2) acknowledged you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Until you have unlocked anything, your 14-day right remains and you get a full refund.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel any time from your account's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access and remaining credits until the end of the period already paid. We don't pro-rate the current period, but your statutory rights are unaffected.
