Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Guide Crafted membership, credits, and digital guides. By creating an account, subscribing, or unlocking a guide you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Guide Crafted is operated by Louis Verbeke (sole trader / eenmanszaak), Belgium, company number 1037.679.373, VAT BE1037679373 (VAT-exempt). Contact: support@guidecrafted.com. See our Legal Notice.

2. Membership & credits

  • A membership is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) billed via Stripe. It auto-renews each period until you cancel.
  • Each period you receive a set number of credits. Unused credits roll over while your membership is active.
  • Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. Spent credits are non-refundable.
  • You may also buy one-off credit packs without a subscription; these top up your balance and roll over the same way.

3. Unlocking guides

Spending credits (or completing a purchase) unlocks a digital PDF guide that is delivered to you immediately — readable and downloadable from your account. Guides are licensed for personal, non-commercial use; you may not resell, redistribute, or publish them. We retain all intellectual property rights.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices, but changes never affect a period already paid for.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for. See Refund & Right of Withdrawal.

6. Disclaimer

Our guides give general information on health, nutrition, fitness, and everyday life. They are not medical, legal, or professional advice and do not replace a qualified professional. Seek professional advice before significant changes, especially regarding your health.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rules of your country. EU Online Dispute Resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We prefer to resolve issues directly at support@guidecrafted.com.
